These reading were my favorite out of all the ones we had to do to. They had the most impact on me and i enjoyed reading them, I still remember little details from each story because of how intriguing the reading was. Usually while reading long stories i get lost and bored and give up, but not with these because even though they're considered longer, they kept my attention. Sometimes because of the language the author used or just the plot of the story.
These are all journals that were assigned to us at the beginning of class, we were given a topic and had to either answer a question or blog on a topic. Sometimes we had to reflect on readings we had to do the night before.
This journal made me realize how much I improved in all aspects of my life. I have more confidence, along with better writing and reading skills. I can now say I am a better writer and reader and this journal is a reflection of that.
I love this journal because these were my favorite readings and we got to reflect on the readings. Reading is hard for me and usually I have to go back two or three times to understand something, but not with these readings. I really saw the comparison and it made me interested and it was fun to write down and express how I felt about these readings.

While writing this journal in class I realizes that school and what I did what my life really shaped my literacy. Who I am as a person was also a big part of it because just by being catholic that shapes my literacy in a certain way, and by how strict my parents are on me also shaped my literacy. All these factors in my life is not common and each individual has different and special features to him/her.
This journal made me think about my writing process and what really goes through my head while I am trying to complete an assignment or write a paper. I really do need to map my paper out before I start or I get so confused and it will not flow. Writing this journal also made me see some of the mistakes I make when writing a paper and how I would improve if I fixed these mistakes.
This journal helped me realize that I have literacy events in my everyday life that I didn’t even think about. Writing this journal also made me explore different things I do throughout my life that I don’t really think about like going to eat for example, I would never think of that as a literacy event.
